This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Time
We offer standard delivery across Pakistan:
- Delivery time: 4–7 working days after order confirmation
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 1,500
- Shipping fee: PKR 200 for orders below PKR 1,500
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered.
